Here I might describe the photo above. It was made in the same manner as the poleyns - a duct tape base that was celluclayed
and draped over a curved surface (in this case, the quiver base was used). It was then sanded down to about one-eigth of an
inch thick, spray painted white, and embellished. The flower is a combination of feathers, rhinestones, and a fake gold flower.
