The base leotard. Very simple design. The gathered bust was created by attaching a canvas top shaped to my personal measurements
and sewing sheer, gathered fabric over top. The entire gathered section was outlined with individually added black sequins.
The cape is attached to the black and purple collar, which acts as a neck halter and holds all 14 yards of the cape on securely..
